100 points of ID Checklist

Below is an extensive list of ID reflective of National Police Check requirements. 

Two forms of ID will need to be collected with one Primary document being photographic.  If you have not sighted the originals or sighted via video conference with client holding up the document, the ID documents will need to be certified.

When a lender is selected, you will need to comply with the relevant lender requirements.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended that a copy of all clients Medicare Card is collected to assist with verifying dependants.  If additional names are showing on the Medicare Card which are not or no longer dependants, a file note should be recorded in the Preliminary Assessment and Credit Proposal document for acknowledgement by the clients.
