Updating referral partner details
Managing your referral partner information in Chief 2.0 is now easier and more flexible.
Previously, any changes to referral partner details had to be completed by the Chief team. With the latest update, Team Admin users can now update certain partner details directly within the platform.
How to Update Referral Partner Details
- Go to Settings.
- Under Organisation, select Partner Portal.
- You will see a list of your referral partners.
- If any details need to be updated, click the Options button next to the partner's name.
- Select Change Contact Details.
From here, you can update:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
Once the changes have been made, click Save.
Important Notes
- Email addresses cannot be changed, as the referral partner's email is linked to their user account.
- If a partner is not receiving their PIN code or their contact information needs updating, you can update their details here and save the changes.
- Only Team Admin users have permission to update referral partner details.
Resetting a Partner Password
If a referral partner has forgotten their password, they will need to go to the Partner Portal login page and select Forgot Password to reset it.
This enhancement gives administrators greater control and makes it quicker to keep referral partner details accurate and up to date.
