$3,000 First Home Buyers Bonus Offer

Effective from Thursday, 1st December 2022, ANZ is introducing First Home Buyer Bonus for eligible First Home Buyers by offering $3,000 to be paid after settlement to help with home buying costs.

Eligibility Summary:

  • You are an applicant in respect to the application(s)
  • Applicants must take out new lending of at least $250k.
  • Apply from 1st December 2022 until the offer is withdrawn
  • You drawdown that Eligible ANZ Home Loan(s) within 180 days from applying;
  • You have not previously successfully applied to participate in this Offer, or redeemed an ANZ home loan offer or promotion, or received a rebate or benefit from ANZ within the 12-month period prior to applying for this Offer.

Bank of China

$2,888 Refinance and Purchase Cashback

Eligibility criteria

  • Available for applications & supporting docs must be lodged by 18th February 2026 to 31st March 2026 and settle before 30th June 2026, and exclude Construction Loans.
  • Loan amounts equal to or more than $400k
  • Promotional rates and cashback offer available for loan applications fully assessed on Australian Income with an LVR ≤ 80%.
  • Each customer (including each holder of joint accounts) can only participate once Cashback offer.
  • Cashback applies for external refinanced eligible loans if the borrower sets up a Bank of China account for direct debit of loan repayments

IMB Bank

Up to $3,000 Refinance Cashback available

Eligibility criteria

  • Apply from 18th October 2024 until offer is withdrawn and settled within 90 days of application
  • LVR up to 80%
  • Cashback payment for the following loan amounts
    • $250,000 ≥ $499,999 for $2,000
    • $500,001 ≥ for $3,000

ME Bank

$3,000 Refinance Cashback

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Apply from 1st May 2026 to 28th August 2026 and settle within 120 days of loan application date
  • Minimum new lending of $700k and a LVR of up to 80%
  • Offer is not available where loan proceeds are for the refinance, restructure, switches, or top ups of home loans from ME home loans or from other lenders within BOQ Group.
  • This offer is available to Owner Occupier and Investors on all ME home loan products but is not available to applications for Owner-Occupied loans with interest only repayments. A home loan application involving both a purchase and refinance is not eligible.

P&N Bank - WA Only

$1,500 Cashback available for essential services members.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be currently employed within the 'Bond Group for P&N Bank' as listed below
    • WA Police Staff, including auxiliary officer and any WAPOL Employee
    • Nurses, including clinical, registerd and travel.
    • Teachers, including primary, secondary, specialist (e.g., language), TAGE and University lecturers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum loan amount $500k and max LVR 80%.
  • Applications lodges by 30th June 2026 and settled within 3 months of application date
  • Not available for construction, bridging or business loans.
  • Excludes internal refinances with People's Choice and Heritage Bank.
