The amount of upfront commission payable , exclusive of GST, is 0.65% of the draw down amount; and
a trailer commission exclusive of GST of 0.15% per annum calculated on the amount of the loan which has not been repaid and, if the loan is a Home Loan with an Offset Facility, further deduct the Offset Balance at the relevant time (the Trailer Commission Balance).
Deposit Assure
Commission rate is 25% of the deposit bond fee payable.
