ABN Search

When adding a new company—either as a Contact or as the Employer for a client—you can use the ABN Search function to automatically populate company details.
Searching by Company Name
1. Click Add New Company.
2. Enter the company name.
3. Click the magnifying glass icon.
4. A drop-down list of matching company names will appear.
5. Select the correct company from the list.
6. The ABN field will automatically populate.
7. Click Save to store the details.
Searching by ABN
1. Enter the ABN number into the ABN field.
2. Click the magnifying glass icon.
3. The system will automatically populate the entity/company name.
4. Click Save to confirm the details.
Where This Function Works
The ABN Search function is available on any screen where a new company can be added, including:
· Adding a company as a Contact
· Adding a company as an Employer
