We’re excited to share some of the latest enhancements in Chief 2.0, designed to streamline your workflow and save you time.
Copy Email to Notes – Now More Accessible
The Copy Email to Notes function is now available in multiple locations, making it easier than ever to keep records of your communications:
- Via Preview → click the three dots → Copy Email to Notes
- Within the Deal Card → open the side panel → Copy Email to Notes
- Directly under Quick Actions
You can also access this feature when emailing a client:
- Select Client Options → Email via Default Email Client
- This will open your default email application and automatically include the Copy to Email Notes function in the BCC field
Send Email to Lender – Now in Quick Actions
Sending emails to lenders just got simpler.
Previously only available in Home Loan Tools, you can now:
- Access Send Email to Lender via Quick Actions
- Select your lender
- Choose from their available email addresses
Download All Files – One Click Convenience
No more downloading files page by page.
The new Download All Files option in Quick Actions allows you to:
- Download all files across every page
- Receive them in a single ZIP file
(Note: Downloading from the Files tab will still only download files from the current page.)
