Using Policy AI

Policy AI in Chief 2.0 allows you to quickly ask questions about lender policies and receive AI-generated guidance.
To Access Policy AI:
- On the side panel, click Library.
- Select Policy AI.
From here, you can ask the AI a question about lender policies.
Getting the Best Results
For the best results, try to make your questions specific and detailed, as this helps the AI provide more accurate and relevant answers.
Once you've typed your question, press Enter and allow a moment for the system to generate a response.
When Results Appear
You have a few options:
• Copy the response and paste it elsewhere if you'd like to use it as a guide when speaking with clients. • Ask follow-up questions to continue the conversation and refine the information provided. • If the response is longer, simply scroll down to view the remaining details.
Starting a New Conversation
You can continue chatting with the AI within the same conversation. If you'd prefer to start a new discussion, simply close the current chat and reopen Policy AI.
