Home loan applicants who install or have installed: solar panels; solar hot water systems; or heat pump hot water systems on their loan security property.
Loyal Customers
Loyal Customers are Home Loan customers who establish a new Bank of China Term Deposit Account for a 3 or 6 month term with a minimum balance of $50,000 after submitting the loan application and maintain it as at the time of loan settlement.
²New Home Loans:
A New Home Loan is a loan for the purchase or refinance (of external loan) of an Australian residential property (excluding Construction Loans). The New Home Loan must be for a minimum loan amount of $400K and must not be subject to Lenders Mortgage Insurance. The Cash Rebate is payable up to 60 days from loan settlement and will only be paid to your Bank of China (Australia) Limited, Transactional At Call account set up for direct debit payments to your Loan Account.
